This is a nice little set of courts behind Carnegie that have been recently redone, maybe in 2023 or 2024.  The Apple Maps picture is out of date.  One of the two courts has pickleball lines but given the location, both courts probably mostly open.  Neither court has a center line anchor strap but the nets are good.  Also there are decent bathrooms and water available.
